لماذا يحدث ذلك؟

السبب هو طريقة التدريب المعروفة بـ RLHF (التعلّم المعزّز من التغذية الراجعة البشرية). النموذج يشبه موظفًا جديدًا يخاف من المدير، فيفضّل إجابة آمنة ومريحة على بذل جهد حسابي حقيقي لاستخراج الثغرات. ويسمّي الباحثون هذا متلازمة التملّق الآلي. وما دمت تسأل وتنتظر إجابة مباشرة، فأنت تلعب لعبته.

المحاولة الأولى مجلس الإدارة

فكرة القالب

يُكتب للنموذج: «أنت لست مساعدًا، أنت مجلس إدارة يضم ثلاثة خبراء مستقلين يتداولون حول هدفي أو مشروعي». والخبراء الثلاثة هم:

المهندس: خبير بعشرين عامًا من الخبرة يبني المسودة الأولى.
محامي الشيطان: ناقد شرس مهمته الوحيدة صيد الثغرات والافتراضات الساذجة في خطة المهندس.

النتيجة: خيبة أمل

المهندس يطرح خطته فيردّ محامي الشيطان: «يا لها من نقطة عبقرية يا زميلي، ربما نضيف لمسة بسيطة». أي أن الشخصيات تتبادل المديح وتضيّع الوقت و التوكنز في كلام فارغ.

لماذا فشلت المحاولة الأولى؟ ثلاثة عيوب معمارية

1. التقارب المبكر

النماذج تعمل بالتنبؤ التلقائي. إذا لم تُجبرها على فصل مسار التفكير عن المخرج النهائي، فإنها تحسب الإجابة النهائية في الخلفية فورًا، ثم تكتب نقاشًا مسرحيًا صوريًا هدفه تبرير إجابة محسومة سلفًا.

2. انهيار الأدوار والتملّق

مع غياب قيود صارمة تمنع التوافق، يميل النموذج بحكم تدريبه إلى تقليل الجهد وتجنب الصراع. فتندمج الشخصيات الثلاث فورًا، ويتحول محامي الشيطان إلى مجامل.

3. التعميم المعرفي

عبارة مطاطية مثل «خبير في مجالي» لا تحفّز النطاقات العميقة في الشبكة العصبية، ويستدعي النموذج معلومات سطحية عامة لأنه لم يُجبر على استدعاء تخصص دقيق جدًا قبل بدء العمل.

النماذج تميل بطبعها إلى الاتفاق السريع لتوفير الجهد الحسابي وإنهاء المهمة بأسرع وألطف طريقة ممكنة. ولهذا لا يكفي توزيع الأدوار وحده.

حرمان النموذج من حق الإجابة: نحوّله إلى مجرد مسجّل ينقل محضر جلسة.

قوانين تفكير عليا: وشخصيات تتصادم حتمًا.

المهمة الآن: قم بتوليد نص المداولة (حوار مباشر). استدعِ الخبير أولاً، ثم دع المهندس يطرح خطته لتبدأ المعركة بينهم. ممنوع منعاً باتاً تقديم أي استنتاج أو تلخيص أو إجابة نهائية في هذه المرحلة.

قوانين المداولة (تُنفَّذ كقيود حتمية أثناء الحوار):

1. حظر المجاملة: محامي الشيطان والزبون الغبي ملزمان برفض المسودة الأولى واستخراج عيب قاتل واحد على الأقل.

الاستدعاء الديناميكي الدقيق

لم يختر النموذج «خبير أغذية» عامًا، بل استدعى «الدكتور هيرفي رينو»، خبيرًا في تربية الرخويات، فارتفع النقاش فورًا إلى مستوى أكاديمي وصناعي دقيق.

صدمة الواقع (الزبون الغبي)

بدل التنظير، نسف الزبون الفكرة نفسيًا حين قال: «من سيشتري صفيحة معدنية بداخلها كتل رمادية لزجة برائحة المستنقعات؟». وبهذا خرجت الفكرة من لغة الأرقام إلى سلوك المستهلك الحقيقي.

اكتشاف الكارثة (المبادئ الأولى)
